The Jacques Lassaigne Champagne are the most refined of this region of Champagne. Emmanuel Lassaigne, the son of Jacques Lassaigne, owner of 4.5 ha in Montgueux, a chalky hill called Montrachet de Champagne, develops unique champagnes where each piece of its land expresses itself with sincerity and authenticity.

The Jacques Lassaigne Champagnes are produced slowly, very naturally from grapes ideally matured and offer of fullness and finesse perfectly harmonized.
