Julien Gatillon is inviting Yoann Conte into his kitchen on Tuesday 3rd February
After having invited Christophe Muller, executive chef at Paul Bocuse’s L'Auberge du Pont de Collonges, into his kitchen, it is now the turn of Yoann Conte to create a unique menu with Julien Gatillon on Tuesday 3rd February.
Chef Yoann Conte has been in charge of the kitchen at the restaurant created by Marc Veyrat at the beginning of the nineties since May 2010 where he produces refined cuisine inspired by nature. This commitment has served him well, resulting in him being awarded one Michelin star in March 2011 and a second in February 2013. For Yoann Conte, one of the spearheads of the new generation of chefs, fresh produce is the most important part of his work, a sentiment mirrored by Julien Gatillon, enabling him to create original, tasty and seasonal cuisine.

Tasting Menu 7 courses at 160 € per person (aperitif included) or 210 € per person drinks included (aperitif, 1 glass of wine per course to suit the suggested menu).
