A unique dinner to launch the special menu on 8th December with our chef Julien Gatillon
Sharing expertise and ideas brings out the very best flavours in the world of cuisine and that is why Chef Philippe Mille is inviting Chef Julien Gatillon into his kitchens so that together they can create a four-star “menu à quatre mains” using truffles and game, produce that they both love working with.
This one-off gourmet adventure may be experienced on 8th December to launch the special menu, which may then be sampled from 9th to 17th December 2016.
Philippe Mille, Meilleur ouvrier de France 2011, Bocuse de Bronze 2009 and Grand Chef Relais & Château, Philippe Mille is the Domaine Les Crayères two Michelin-starred chef. He draws inspiration from seasonal produce and the Champagne region to capture the very essence of each dish.
Julien Gatillon, Le 1920 two Michelin-starred restaurant. Julien Gatillon's cuisine is true, precise and full of emotion. True because only the season's best produce is selected. His precise techniques have been inherited from the very best in French gastronomy. The emotion of his recipes that boast strong and contrasting flavours.
