A Bistronomic cuisine
Set above Megeve in Haute-Savoie, Chef Nicolas Hensinger is in charge of ensuring that La Taverne du Mont d’Arbois offers creative, gourmet bistro cuisine. Like Julien Gatillion, he gained experience working alongside Yannick Alléno at the 3 Michelin-starred Le Meurice in Paris and L’Hôtel de Ville in Crissier Switzerland for 4 years, before joining the team at Le Domaine du Mont d’Arbois.
La Taverne du Mont d’Arbois boasts a menu offering gourmet dishes to savour alone or prime rib of beef cooked in the fireplace to share … Foodies may then indulge in a selection of free-range brie cheeses from the Compagnie Fermière , owned by the Rothschild and then by Chocolate and salted caramel tart.
The wine list comprises International Wines from the Compagnie Vinicole plus a local selection.
The BEAR 'S, Live music & Tapas
Le BEAR'S offers an eclectic live music programme every Friday and Saturday night. Share a platter of tapas Bellota-Bellota for aperitif with friends or simply come and have a drink at the end of the evening and enjoy the sounds of jazz, rock, soul and funk.
The Bear's is open every Friday and Saturday evenings from 8pm during the winter season only.
La Taverne du Mont d'Arbois and The Bears are currently closed for the annual break and will reopen on saturday 1st July 2017.
